Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils form plants to enhance general health and appearance. Each essential oil has its own characteristic aroma and therapeutic properties. The oils can be used singly or combined to aid in a variety of health improvements including calming, stimulating, strengthening and antiseptic properties.
Aromatherapy is very concentrated so needs to be diluted before use. Home use is very popular including adding to massage oils, baths, infusers and vaporizers, Aromatherapy has been seen to be helpful with stress and anxiety related problems, muscular and rheumatic pains, digestive disorders, female problems, skin conditions, fighting infection.
