Pre-Natal Yoga
Pre-natal yoga is a form of Yoga that is specifically adapted to the effects of pregnancy on a woman's body. This therapy form is particularly effective in helping a woman prepare her body and mind for labour. Post-natal yoga is also a wonderful gentle way for a woman to reconnect with her post-pregnancy body following childbirth.
