Meditation for Empowerment and Connecting to Your Inner Source of Power

MEDITATION FOR MAGNIFICENCEBy Reena Kumarasingham

Have you ever reflected on how you handle overwhelming or challenging situations? A common reaction is to lose your own sense of self, the sense of your own power.  In fact in my practice, I have found that the innermost belief of most people in situations they feel are beyond their control is “I am not good enough”.

When the subconscious says “I am not good enough”, it says “I am not good enough to lead the healthy happy life that I want” which then leads to emotions of fear, guilt and resentment. This in turn manifests itself in patterns of destructive behaviour (excessive consumption of junk food, alcohol, aggression, addictions, etc).

Is it possible to break the cycle?

The old quote “If you believe you can’t, you’re right”, certainly applies to your own ability to heal. So, one of the key elements in healing is to reconnect with your innate confidence that you will get better.

The first thing you can do to embark on your healing journey is to reconnect with your inner power – the power to change your life.

Reconnecting with The Source

We are all Divine Beings – every single one of us.  We are perfect in the way that we are.  We all have aspects of Source within us – for our souls, are from Source.  The physical body we embody, the emotions, the memories are the bells and whistles that we have chosen to expedite our learning in this plane.  It is easy to forget our original infinite divine selves whilst we are grappling with the challenging experiences that help us grow and learn.

The transformational power of the reconnection to our Pure Essence, our Divine Aspect is much more than we realise.  It is one of the most potent reminders of our own power, our own strengths and our own perfection. When we have a connection and a conscious realisation of our Pure Essence, our Magnificence, it can be used as an everlasting well of strength and positive reinforcement to tap into during times of challenging learning experiences.

I have found that a combination of meditation and regression is a gentle process to enhance and bring to your conscious awareness the positive elements of yourself and to reconnect you to your Magnificence.

This is made even more powerful because this process gently encourages your experience your own powerful source it for yourself. You are not “told” and certainly not “forced” into it – it comes from within you, thus empowering you further on your journey.

Reena Kumarasingham and Andy Tomlinson will be facilitating a free healing meditation session this Friday, 11th of February at 9am as part of a regular monthly meditation series led and coordinated by Anne Hockett and Julie Gledhill.
